I have particular expertise in abuse, extreme adversity and trauma, as well as skin conditions and appearance distress. I am an expert in helping you to reconnect with yourself and rebuild your identity and sense of self, especially so after adversity.

Alongside my private practice, I am consulting in private clinics in Scotland & London.
I work alongside and take referrals from psychiatrists, GPs and other medical practitioners. I am also happy to take self-referrals and direct bookings from anyone looking for psychological therapy, so please get in touch if you have any questions.

I have experience working with Long COVID/Post COVID Syndrome and other post-viral syndromes. As a health psychologist, I have experience in understanding body-mind issues and I am competent in working with complex psychosomatic presentations and psychological challenges secondary to physical conditions.
